Right to erasure

Right to erasure also known as the Right to be forgotten, allows the player to request full deletion of their details from all systems operated by the company. By extension, the company is responsible for informing its 3rd party data processors to also take the necessary measures of removing the details from their systems.
Please bear in mind that as per the regulatory requirements and guidance, we're obliged to retain customers' details for 5 years after the account is closed, for self-excluded players the period is even longer.
Considering the above, there are 3 scenarios of players requesting a deletion:
- Players who have an active account.
- Players whose account/s have been closed for less than 5 years.
- Players whose account/s have been closed for 5 years or more.
